Purchased 3 bundles at $2.99, game shorted me 7 hours on the bundle so I sought a refund, filed a claim with war machines as well as my Apple Pay and I was refunded the $8.97 I spent, so I logged into my account and found there was 1,297 diamonds missing, 400 were mine and my account was now negative -997, zendesk explained that the bundle I purchased was worth way more than I paid and because I filed a claim that I was going to have to clear my account of the negative coins, but this will cost me $40+, huh? Because I was refunded the $2.99 x 3. So for a total refund of $8.97 it was going to cost me $40+ to get diamonds back to the positive side, could not play the game nothing. Zendesk said that because of the refund they have to take back what the value was of the item I purchased, even though I only received 90 diamonds x 3. And it was an error with the game, not me deciding I wanted my money back for no reason. Now nobody responds to my support tickets and they have made my game not allow me to receive gifts. Geez I can’t tell you how much that is costing me. So buyer beware! Zendesk you need to contact me directly!
